Every ring order is important and we want to ensure that you are satisfied. To achieve that, we would ask our customer to drop by our showroom after they have shortlisted a few designs. Do create an online account so that you can save and retrieve your selection during your appointment with us!

Making an appointment is easy. Leave us your preferred date & timing at this link and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

Production

At JoyJuwels, we offer our customers the freedom to pursue their desired ring design without compromising on value. We would hear from you on your requests and come up with a 3D mock-up so you can visualize your ring before placing an order.

Yes, we are able to provide engraving service.

For existing stocks, it will take less than a week to prepare your order. Otherwise, it will take about 3-4 weeks to deliver.

Certification

Each diamond is marked with a GIA serial number. A GIA report will be provided for 0.3 CT and above diamonds. You may look up the number on GIA website to conduct a Report Check.

Payment Method

While we accept Cash, we highly advise our customers to perform online transfer. For amounts below $1000, you may transfer by PayNow using our UEN number.

Yes, but there will be a 3% surcharge for credit card payment. All credit card transactions will take place using PayPal.

Delivery / Collection

We advise customers to collect from us directly at the showroom. This is important to ensure that your order was properly processed.

After Sales Services

Yes, we offer a one-time complimentary resizing service for every ring order. Subsequently, please refer to our sales consultant for our attractive rates.

Return & Exchange Policy

If we have accidentally mistaken your order, JoyJuwels will accept all costs to replace the product. We will also make repairs if customers inform us of any defects within 30 days of collection.
